Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OpenClaw Hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

OpenClaw Hosting provides infrastructure and tools to deploy and manage OpenClaw autonomous AI agents. Our services include:

  • Managed AI agent hosting
  • Bring Your Own Server (BYOS) deployment tools
  • Integration connectors for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and Slack
  • Dashboard for managing your AI agent instances
  • Technical support and documentation

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use OpenClaw Hosting services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
  • Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

Self-Hosted (BYOS) Terms

When using our Bring Your Own Server option:

  • You are responsible for your server infrastructure and security
  • You must ensure your server meets our minimum requirements
  • You maintain full ownership and control of your data
  • We are not liable for data loss due to your server issues
  • You agree to keep your deployment software updated

Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

OpenClaw Hosting and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OpenClaw Hosting and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. OpenClaw is open-source software licensed under the MIT license.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our services, including custom configurations and integrations you develop.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.95% uptime for our managed services. However:

  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Unplanned outages may occur due to circumstances beyond our control
  • We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions
  • Self-hosted deployments depend on your infrastructure reliability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to OpenClaw Hosting in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the services will immediately cease
  • You may request export of your account data within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after 30 days
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
